It provides a comprehensive introduction to the concepts, terms, objectives and benefits of the ITIL® best practices framework. The course provides a combination of short lectures, practical group exercises, quizzes, a sample exam, and test taking tips to prepare the student to understand and apply ITIL® principles, and to pass the official examination leading to ITIL® 4 Foundation certification.
This course includes a voucher for participants to schedule the ITIL® Foundation Exam at a time of their choosing. The 60-minute, 40 question, multiple-choice exam is delivered via webcam directly from PeopleCert, the exclusive global provider of all ITIL® exams.
