Course Overview

This course provides an introduction to ITIL® 4.  It enables students to look at IT service management through an end-to-end operating model for the creation, delivery and continual improvement of technology-enabled products and services.

This is an instructor-led course delivered live in a classroom or live virtually.  It provides a comprehensive introduction to the concepts, terms, objectives and benefits of the ITIL® best practices framework. The course provides a combination of short lectures, practical group exercises, quizzes, a sample exam, and test taking tips to prepare the student to understand and apply ITIL® principles, and to pass the official examination leading to ITIL® 4 Foundation certification.

This course includes a voucher for participants to schedule the ITIL® Foundation Exam at a time of their choosing. The 60-minute, 40 question, multiple-choice exam is delivered via webcam directly from PeopleCert, the exclusive global provider of all ITIL® exams.

  • A passing mark of 65% is required to receive your certificate
  • A thorough exam review is included in the course to prepare attendees for the certification exam
  • Pass Guarantee: If a participant does not pass the exam upon their first attempt, they will receive a second exam attempt FREE of charge
